 RETURNS & EXCHANGES: HOW DO I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR?

  • If your item doesn’t fit and you need to exchange for a different size, please follow these instructions. First, make sure that you have not worn or washed your item (besides trying on). Contact us at support@gymnasticsfever.com for approval and then send your unworn and unwashed items to:

    • Make sure to include details on the correct size needed sent back.  Additional charges may apply such as reshipping or if you exchange for an S through XL for a 2XL ($1 extra) or 3XL ($2 extra).
    • Reshipping Fees: If you are shipping back 1-3 items, please include $5 cash or check/money order payable to Corban Online Solutions LLC. Add $1 for each additional item. Also, include any additional charges for larger sizes as explained above.
      • Please send the exact amount. If you do not, it will take longer to complete the return process.
        You have 90 days to exchange your item.

    • How do I return a product for a refund?
      • If you want to return your item for a refund, you may do so within 90 days. We do not refund shipping costs (if any), and items must be unworn and unwashed. The refund will go back to the original method of payment. Please send your Return to:

      • What do I do if I received the wrong shirt or my shirt is defective?
        • If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at support@gymnasticsfever.com and tell us your order number and how we messed up.  We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right product or issue a refund if the product is no longer available. We will send you a new item and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes.  We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!

    SHIPPING

      • How much is shipping?
        • Shipping and handling costs vary depending on such things as the items you purchase, the quantity you order, total weight, shipping destination, and promotional shipping rates from time to time.
        • We charge for shipping and handling $4.99, $7.99, and $19.99 depending on total order weight.
        • We offer FREE shipping and handling on all orders over $75.
      • Do you ship internationally?
        • International shipping rates are $11.99, $14.99, and $39.99 depending on total order weight.
        • We offer FREE international shipping and handling on all orders over $75.
    • How do I track my package?
      • You can check on the status of your order at any time by going to the following the link in the email we send you with the tracking information (when available). In some cases, however, there is no tracking information available, particularly on international orders. But, most orders do have tracking information.  
    • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
      • All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
      • 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.
      • We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
      • This also depends on the products you order.  Most of our t-shirts and apparel products are printed on demand.  It typically takes only a few days to get these printed and shipped out.  Extremely popular designs can cause a 1-2 week delay in printing.  
      • T-Shirts and apparel items should be received within 1-2 weeks
        of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery.
        For other specialty and giveaway items, please allow up to 4 - 6 weeks
        delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.
    • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
      • Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next.
      • For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
        Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. 
      • Where are my items coming from?
      • Although our fulfillment house is located in America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom, and China.

    SHIRTS & APPAREL

    • What type of apparel do you print on?
      • We print on the finest, softest, comfiest tees... American Apparel, Gildan, Sol, Next Level, and Bella+ Canvas are a few examples of products we use. Quality is one of our top priorities and we only work with high-quality items.
      • How are your shirts printed?
        • We use a world class infrastructure for screen printing, DTG printing, and sublimation.  The style of printing is determined by the product you purchased and quantity.  Our primary print style is DTG. Direct to Garment (DTG) is a method where a printer directly applies the ink onto the apparel with inkjet technology. It involves a special printer, which prints the ink directly onto the garment in the desired design area. DTG uses specialty inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment.  This allows high quality and colorful designs.
        • Large quantities of the same design (30+) allow us to use screen printing, which, while not as robust as DTG, is more cost effective.
        • Sublimation is limited to a few items and we use whenever we desire to print a design that will cover the apparel completely.
      • What is the sizing on your apparel?
        • Sizes may vary slightly, but you may use this as a guide. Individual items will "usually" have a sizing chart and description that may or may not differ from this.

      ORDERING

        • I made a mistake on my order (address, size, etc.)... can I change it?
          • Email us at support@gymnasticsfever.com as soon as you can and we MIGHT make changes before items go into production, packing, and shipping. However, we can't make any promises. Apparel items are printed on demand; we start as quickly as we can after receiving your order, and it ships out as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, wait for it to arrive and send it back to us at the following address with a note on the correct product needed:
